We figure if we surround ourselves with extraordinary people we can create extraordinary work. Hopefully you are one of these fabulous people we’re thinking about. We’re not about the obvious. We like to provoke and challenge the traditional way of doing things. Is this something you’re interested in?
We will expect great things from you. Don’t think you can put your head down in the corner and bang out your work like a good little robot. Be prepared to go all-in.
We like ideas. We demand you use your voice and get involved, have a say, have an opinion, defend your views, get excited, laugh and cry. Stretch your brain and think out loud.

"The creative process is a process of surrender, not control." According to Marty Scorsese’s ex-wife anyway; the eyebrows must have finally gotten to her. The thing is, we don't want to control you. Just the opposite. We want you to relax and feel comfortable in our open and free environment. We will give you all the tools you need to grow, learn or teach us a few things.
